Burkert Type 8711 is a compact device used to regulate the mass flow rate of gases. They regulate the set flow rate despite all obstacles. Set flow rate regardless of obstacles, including pressure drops or temporary flow resistance caused, for example, by filter contamination. MEMS temperature sensor located directly in the gas flow ensures very high response speed. Burkert direct-acting proportional valve as an actuator ensures high response sensitivity.
