Burkert Type 8711 is a compact device used to regulate the mass flow of gases. They regulate the set flow rate despite all interference. The set flow rate is independent of disturbances such as pressure drops or temporary flow resistance caused, for example, by filter contamination. MEMS temperature sensor located directly in the gas flow ensures very high response speed. Burkert direct-acting proportional valve as actuator ensures high sensitivity.
