The Type 8712 mass flow controller (MFC) is used to control the mass flow of gases in large volumes. The MEMS temperature sensor, located directly in the gas flow, ensures very high response speed and sensitivity. Type 8712 can be calibrated for two different gases, between which the user can switch. Both electrical interfaces are available as analog signals and fieldbus as standard. Burkert Type 8712 can be used in various areas: burner control systems, heat treatment, coating of various materials, etc. This controller is suitable for use in harsh operating conditions thanks to the high reliability of the microchip.
