Burkert Type 8711 mass flow controllers are compact devices used to regulate the mass flow of gases. They regulate the set flow rate despite all disturbances. The set flow rate is independent of obstacles such as pressure drops or temporary flow resistance caused, for example, by filter contamination. A MEMS temperature sensor located directly in the gas flow ensures a very high response speed. A Burkert direct-acting proportional valve as the actuator ensures high response sensitivity.
