Burkert Type 8711 mass flow controllers are compact devices used to regulate the mass flow of gases. They regulate the set flow rate regardless of obstacles. Set flow rate regardless of obstacles, such as pressure drops or temporary flow resistance caused, among other things, by filter contamination. MEMS temperature sensor located directly in the gas flow ensures very high response speed. The Burkert direct-acting proportional valve as the actuator ensures high sensitivity during operation.
